We get it, sometimes plans change!

You can easily cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been dispatched from our home in Puducherry.

We take great care in preparing your products, but if something isn't perfect, we promise to make it right.

 

When We Can Help with a Return or Replacement

 

We will happily send you a replacement or issue a refund if your order arrives:

  • Damaged during its journey to you.

  • Incorrect (not what you ordered).

  • Past its expiration date.

A Friendly Note on Our Products: Because our products are for personal wellness and consumption (teas, oils, etc.), we hope you'll understand that we can't accept returns for reasons of personal dislike of a product's taste or fragrance.

 

How to Get Help

 

  1. Please let us know within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your order.

  2. Snap a quick photo or video of the issue. This really helps our small team understand what went wrong so we can help you faster!

  3. Send the details and the photo/video to us via email or WhatsApp.

 

What Happens Next?

 

Our team will look into it right away. We’ll get back to you within 5-7 working days to let you know the next steps, whether it's a replacement heading your way or a refund being processed.

 

About Your Refund

 

  • Once a refund is confirmed (either from a cancellation or an approved return), it should be back in your original account within 7 working days.

  • A Few Quick Notes: Shipping costs are a direct cost to our logistics partners and unfortunately can't be refunded. Also, items bought during a big sale can only be returned if they arrive damaged or incorrect.
